Great food, great prices! Best coffee I've ever had. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. The waiters and waitresses make you feel like family. I consider Tim's my vacation kitchen.

Nice surprise. A small unpretentious place with a decent menu. Arrived at 11am and we were able to get both breakfast and lunch menus.

Best food in town!! Portions are HUGE! Staff is friendly! Very clean and cozy!! And the prices are unbelievably cheap!!! I can not go to any other breakfast place after eating here because the quality is just so phenomenal other places just do not compare!!! Love, love, love this diner!!!!

Service is great. Staff are friendly and always have a smile. Food is great, everything is so fresh and portions are ample. Prices are great, too. This is my go to place when hubby and I go for Saturday morning breakfast.

Great reasonably priced breakfast. Tim's had tables spaced and separated so we felt confident about eating there safely. All the time were in there the staff was continually cleaning and sanitizing. 👍👍👍👍👍

Stayed 2 days on Pt. Orange and had breakfast both days. Fabulous omelets and service.

The best place for breakfast. Prices are so reasonable. I don't know how they make any money. Food is good. Cash only. Closed around 2pm.

Didnt visit Tim's, stopped at the car wash place next door. But giving 5 stars anyway since I know Tim's Corner has some of the best home cooked food around and affordable!!

Real friendly accomodating people. Food is great reasonable and clean. Sit at the counter as a single or at tables up to 6-8 people.If your a Buffalo Bills fan your in heaven. All walls and decorations are of the Bills and boxes of Flutie flakes are on the shelves. Real homey place to visit. Plenty of parking. Look hard, not well advertised!

this spot throws down. you wanna know why this is a five star place? one word, VALUE. the value this place gives you is honestly second to none in this neighborhood. it's simple food but it will fill you up and tastes great, and the portions are solid too. just a cool unpretentious spot to grab an affordable yet delicious brekky or lunch.

Such a neat place. You’d miss it otherwise driving by but this place has the best Sunday breakfast around. I really enjoyed my food and you could taste that it wasn’t frozen or out of a bag. It seems to be a popular place for Bikers

Busy busy but good food & service

I've only been to this place once and the food was very good but with all do respect it will never compare to "Johnny's Diner" in Pittsburgh mentioned in the "Rick Sebak Special" called "Pennsylvania Diners and other Roadside Restaurants" known then as "Pip's Diner" but all things considered it does seem almost as cozy and the food was decent but even "Waffle House" has better food as far as I can tell still at least they serve Pepsi

Excellent service. Everyone is so friendly, and food is fresh and delicious. Order is taken right away and food is cooked to order in no time! Staff works together. Refills are continuous. This is my family's favorite breakfast spot. Although I must say if you want an awesome burger Tim's is the place to go! Hope you enjoy as much as we do!

This place is great. It is a mom and pop breakfast style joint. Tim is great and always caters to the people with great prices for breakfast/lunch items. One of the cheapest breakfast/lunch places in town and the food is great.You cant go wrong here.

Tim's is all around the best place to get breakfast or lunch. Low prices and huge portions, you'll leave full and satisfied! Its cash only and open til 2pm, unless its Sunday they close at 1 and only serve breakfast that day.
